KARMA, DESTINY, OR FATE?

The question of why things happen is often answered in terms of fate, destiny, or karma. this is more an exercise to explain the unexplainable then an establishment of “truth”. Why bad things happen to good people, why good people do bad things, etc. the complexity of the answer is far beyond human psychology, understanding, or explanation.
All answers we can comprehend, intellectually, will be subtantially inadequate. I stated in a previous writing that Knowing is not open to interpretation. Any intellectualization of the “why” is an interpreatation, and therefore, is questionable, from the beginning. There is the possibility that you can logically reduce actions to a point where an indication of the “why” becomes evident. This may give clues and provide proofs for debates, but what is the truth? How can we KNOW?
Is there a way to properly and correctly place the “why” in the appropriate category? The ego has no problem with applying the proper category. Remember, the ego is never wrong. Reality and truth have no such dogma.
Intuition (aka. the still small voice) is the most accurate when it is not mired with egoic thoughts or belief systems. Unfortunately, most intuitive answers or insights are through the distortion of ego and, thus, they become inaccurate; however, since the ego was involved in the answer there arises a self-righteous attitude which will go to any lengths to defend its accuracy and truth. Many of today’s ministers take on this role of authority and extend their distorted beliefs and inaccurate truths to their followers, where further distortion occurs. We can witness this with many of the fundamental evangelical teachers in virtually all the major traditions and religions.
We are told we have freewill and in the same breath we are told that God already has planned the future. We are told if we sin we will be punished and condemned. We are told if we act like animals we will reincarnate as animals. We are told that our accidents or our avoidance of the accident was fate. We are told that our place in the World is a matter of destiny. (no freewill there) Which is “True”. None of them and all of them at the same time. Possibilities are infinite in terms of God’s laws. Possibilities are, dimensionally, infinite even in the finite world of quantum mechanics.
The underlying answer was stated over 2,500 years ago by the Buddha. “Some things just can’t be KNOWN”. This is very difficult for many people to accept. The ego finds great pleasure in presenting the unanswerable and unexplainable, knowing we are incapable of either explanation or answer. This sows the seeds of contention and arguement. Both of which are wedges of seperation. This fulfills the fundamental intention of the ego.
What we can know is that this will not be read unless I put www.blogsurfer.us into the body of this blog. We can also know that www.justliketrump.biz is facilitated by my adding it in this blog. I do this, not from ego, but for financial survival, mine and yours. Thank you for reading my blog. I would love your comments, if you don’t want to give money, send comments. I need to know I am not a voice in the wilderness. I need to know someone is listening. (that is ego) Thanks in advance.
